We want you to absolutely love your purchase from ARZA. If for any reason you're not 100% happy, we're here to help.
1. Return Eligibility (30 Days)
* Change of Mind Returns or Faulty Items (Damaged or defective, Not as described, Not fit for purpose)
✅ Accepted if:
- Item is unworn, unaltered, unwashed, undamaged, and with all original tags attached.
- Proof of purchase provided
- In the same condition that you received it
- Kindly noted when your return item arrives at our warehouse, we will inspect and/or test it. lf we find that it does not meet the return requirements, such as but not limited to washed, damaged, unsealed activation, removal of the original tags attached, damage to the hygiene sticker, or any other situation we deem the product not suitable for resale, ARZA will not be able to provide you with a refund or exchange. Items that do not meet the return requirements will not be returned back to you and will be recycled instead.
❌ Excluded Items:
- Sale/clearance items
- Pierced earrings (hygiene reasons)
- Custom/engraved pieces (eligible for store credit only)
- Please note that customized items and free gifts cannot be returned or exchanged. In addition, order cancellation for customized items is not supported.
- Please do not send your return to the address on your package. This is not our return address and will affect the processing of your return.
- Please be sure to double check your returns before shipping them out. We will not be held responsible for the return of non-ARZA items.
2. How to Return

- Reason for return
2. Wait for Approval
- We’ll respond within 24 hours. Once approved, we’ll provide return instructions.
- Australia: Free return label provided (by email)
- International: Self-arranged returns (tracking required)
3. Ship Your Return
- Pack items securely to prevent damage
- Include all original documents
4. Receive Refund
- Processed within 07 business days after inspection
- Original shipping fees non-refundable

- Sale items: Final sale (no returns)
- Non-Arza items: Will be recycled
5. Australian Consumer Law Rights
Our policy does not override your statutory rights under the ACL. You may be entitled to:
- Repair/replacement for major failures
- Refund for unacceptable quality goods
